The transformation of the Soviet Union and its disintegration into emerging political entities created a new chapter in the nature of politics in areas that were formerly part of this superpower. One of the most important of these areas was Central Asia. Following this discussion, China and Iran emerged as two regional powers to play a role in the region, despite differences, rivalries, and sometimes conflicting interests, along with historical and cultural ties with Central Asian countries. Central Asia has the potential to become a platform for cooperation and pursuit of common interests for both countries. So a regional study, three strategic approaches to foreign policy to look to the east, redefine policies and pursue security, economic and cultural interests related to this geographical area and the entry of the Islamic Republic of Iran into a field campaign that has not been significant in this area for years. It becomes necessary. The theoretical model of this research is realism, and the information and data will be collected qualitatively using library and Internet resources and will be examined in a descriptive-analytical manner.
